Return/Cancel Policy Overview

We strive to make your return process as seamless as possible. You can return most products within 30 days following delivery, provided they are in their original and undamaged state. Should the original packaging be excessively damaged, please repack the item in a box of similar dimensions.

How do I return an item and do I pay shipping fees?

  • Returns Within 30 Days: You have up to 30 days from your delivery date to initiate a return. We require that returns be made complete, with no partial items.
  • Return Shipping Fees: It’s straightforward: just choose and pay for the carrier of your choice to return the product. Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping. Upon receiving your return, we’ll process your refund, deducting a $5 per package restocking fee. If you paid a $3.95 handling fee, please be aware that this fee is non-refundable.

What if I refuse a package?

  • If you refuse the delivery of an order, the return shipping costs will be charged and subtracted from your refund.

When do I get my refund?

  • Refund Timeline: Your refund will be processed upon the arrival of your item(s) at our Return Center. Typically, refunds are issued within 3-5 days, but please allow up to one week.

My Product was damaged, defective, or an incorrect item what should I do?

  • Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: Encountering a damaged, defective, or incorrect product can be disappointing. We’re here to promptly resolve these issues if reported within 3 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage or the return of the original item to facilitate your resolution. If the damage was due to carrier handling we will file a claim with the carrier. Failure to return the requested item to our Returns Center may result in a reversal of your refund or a charge for a replacement. Claims made after 3 days of delivery may not be serviced.

How do I cancel my order?

  • Cancellations Made Easy: Need to cancel your order? No problem! Contact our Ecare Customer Service between 9 am and 5 pm EST, Monday to Friday. To avoid any fees, cancellations must be made by 2 pm EST on the day your order is scheduled to ship. If your order is already in transit, there will be a carrier intercept and return shipping fee of $18 per package, along with a $5 re-stocking fee per package. Keep in mind that orders in transit via USPS cannot be intercepted. You’ll need to use the carrier of your choice for the return. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a refund, minus the $5.00 restocking fee per package. If you paid a $3.95 handling fee, please be aware that this fee is non-refundable.

How do I correct my address?

  • Address Corrections: If you require an address correction, please reach out to us immediately. Address changes must be made by 2 pm EST on the day your order is scheduled to ship. If your order is already in transit and you need to change a physical address, the carrier will charge intercept fees per package to reroute it. For shipping, please provide a physical street addresswe do not accept PO/APO Boxes. If shipped USPS we cannot recall the packages.
